By booking a bay, lesson, package or gift voucher, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings and payment
All bookings are made online and paid in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
2. Pricing
Bays are charged per hour, per bay, not per player. Off-peak is Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. Peak is Monday to Friday, 4pm–10pm, plus all day Saturday and Sunday. We may change prices at any time, including last-minute offers. The price you pay is the price shown when you book.
3. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or move a booking free of charge up to [24 hours] before the start time. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, are charged in full. If we have to cancel, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
Because bookings are for a specific date and time, the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to them.
4. Packages and memberships
Packages give you a number of hours, not a cash balance: one hour is one hour, whatever time you book it. Off-peak packages can only be used during off-peak times. Package hours are valid for [12 months] from purchase. They are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced unless you have the voucher code.
6. Arrival and session times
Please arrive on time. Sessions end at the booked time, even if you arrive late, so the next customer isn't delayed.
7. Group size
Trackman IO bay: up to 8 players.
Trackman 4 and Zen Green Stage bay: up to 4 players.
8. Safety and conduct
Only hit balls from the hitting area, and only when nobody is in front of you.
Use the balls we provide.
Follow any instructions from staff.
Under-18s must be supervised by an adult at all times, except during a booked lesson.
We may end a session without a refund if anyone behaves unsafely or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
9. Damage
You are responsible for any damage to equipment, screens or the premises caused by misuse or carelessness by you or your group, beyond normal wear and tear.
10. Liability
You use the facility at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings.
11. Coaching
Lessons are given by Graham Cox (PGA Professional) or by independent coaches who hire our bays. Independent coaches are self-employed and responsible for their own services and insurance.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on our website when you book applies to your booking.
